Plot[]

Ronnie Anne is determined to help CJ get on stage at a pirate dinner show.

Synopsis[]

CS1E05A CJ comes in to save Ronnie Anne

CJ playing pirate with Ronnie Anne and Carlitos.

In the living room, the Casagrande family is simply passing the time. At that moment, Rosa says that today is family day, and asks where they should go. CJ immediately suggests they go to the pirate dinner show, but everyone becomes hesitant to agree, except for Sergio and Ronnie Anne. Carlos and Frida explain to Ronnie Anne that the reason why they're hesitant to agree with CJ's idea to go to the pirate dinner show is that whenever the show asks for a volunteer to help out with the show by raising the pirate flag, CJ is never chosen. When Ronnie Anne promises that she'll find a way to get CJ picked, everyone agrees to go to the pirate dinner show.

At High Seas, the family takes their seats. When Ronnie Anne tells CJ that she'll get him picked, a boy named Ralphie gloats that he's the one that gets picked all the time and refuses to let anyone else get picked, regardless of how much begging he gets. Moments later, the show starts, with the actors finding treasure and spotting a ship in the distance. The star of the show, Captain Dave, says that in a few moments, they'll ask one of the audience members to help them raise the pirate flag. Seeing two empty seats in the front, Ronnie Anne and CJ nab them, but Ralphie warns one of the waiters that they're not in their assigned seats. After going back to their assigned seats, Ronnie Anne and CJ decide to get Captain Dave's attention by using some of Bobby's glow sticks. At this moment, Captain Dave starts to look for an audience member for help, and although it appears that CJ might get picked, Ralphie, in a last-ditch effort, steals a little girl's hat that reads "It's My Birthday" and passes it off by saying his birthday is today, causing Captain Dave to choose Ralphie.

Furious over Ralphie's trick, Ronnie Anne runs on stage to reason with Captain Dave. However, when Captain Dave remains to be on Ralphie's side due to the birthday hat, Ralphie attempts to run Ronnie Anne off the ship. Seeing his cousin in danger, CJ proceeds to run on stage to save her, followed by the rest of the family. The moment they all get to the stage, the family attempts to reason with the actors, but when they are taken off stage due to stalling the show, Ronnie Anne steals the flag, causing Captain Dave to chase after her. Suddenly, Captain Dave trips on a loose floorboard, causing him to fall into a cannon that launches him out of the building. With the captain gone, the other actors state that they have to cancel the show, but CJ immediately takes the position of captain, since he knows every detail of the show. When the other actors agree to let him play the role, Ralphie, feeling jealous that he didn't get picked, decides to have a sword fight with CJ, resulting in CJ having the upper hand and pushing Ralphie off the stage. As the audience cheers for the exciting action, CJ helps Ralphie back up, saying that a pirate never gets left behind. After pulling Ralphie back up, CJ finally gets to raise the flag, and the show is met with overwhelming applause from the audience.

The show was successful thanks to CJ.

Later, the family congratulates CJ for a successful show and CJ thanks Ronnie Anne for helping him. At that moment, Ralphie arrives and apologizes for his bad behavior earlier, and CJ forgives him. Suddenly, the birthday girl arrives and stomps on Ralphie's foot for stealing her birthday hat and gets it back, with Ralphie stating that he deserved that.
